In the area of employability, this linkage to industry is in form of academic and professional internships
In the area of entrepreneurship enhancement, the linkage to industry serves the purpose of providing the student with the required apprenticeship in areas of gaps based on their idea.
Students who need personalized career orientation, guidance and counselling are encouraged to visit the Career Guidance office at their campus.
Incubation Program
Students who emerge from the bootcamp as potential innovators with viable ideas are supported to turn these ideas into businesses through the incubation program.
This is a 4-milestone program that enables innovators to practically work on their ideas.

Coaching & Mentorship
Embedded in all both the employability skills and entrepreneurship skills components,coaching and mentorship is central to UR-CAVM’s approach in developing students skills.
We connect students with expert coaches who are practitioners in their careers, or in business to come to campus for individual and group coaching and mentorship.
Mentors are selected and invited on a regular basis.
